Speaker: Raimundas Mikalauskas Product Owner at MedDream Raimundas Mikalauskas has an extensive background in the development of medical imaging software, bringing over 8 years of expertise to the field. A wealth of experience in Software Development, the continuous development and maintenance of systems together with his deep technological knowledge ensure his pivotal role in managing medical software development, overseeing clinical data evaluation, and handling risk management. His expertise spans deep knowledge in DICOM standard, FHIR and HL7 standards as well as research methodology (including but not limited to clinical investigations with medical software), risk management standards, regulatory requirements (MDR, GDPR and related legal requirements in different countries, where MedDream is certified/ registered). Known for his innovative approach, results-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills, Raimundas excels in both leading cross-functional teams and working independently.
	Speaker: PD Dr. Joshua Gawlitza Chief Medical Officer at synava PD Dr. Joshua Gawlitza is an Associate Professor of Radiology and Chief Medical Officer at synava. With a strong clinical background as a practicing radiologist and a Habilitation in Experimental Radiology, he combines deep medical expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Holding a Doctorate in Medicine, his research work has been cited several hundred times, reflecting his significant contribution to the field. Joshua is passionate about applying both his medical and business knowledge to drive innovation in healthcare and translate advanced technology into clinical practice.
