    MedDream v8.9.0 will be maintained for 1 year period from the release date.

    IMPORTANT: It is recommended to use the newest version of MedDream PACS Premium to ensure the highest security of your installations.

    Important to ensure the system’s cyber security applied for MedDream PACS Premium all versions:
    1. The PACS system must be kept up to date with the latest security, compatibility, and stability fixes.

    2. The PACS system must not be exposed to the Internet and must be protected by firewalls and isolated from untrusted or insecure networks. If remote access is required, it must be provided via a secure VPN.

    3. The PACS Web Administration portal must be accessible only from localhost and must be available only to system administrators (access for doctors, patients, and other personnel must be denied).

      What is the MedDream PACS Server?

      MedDream PACS Server is a robust, DICOM 3.0 compliant Picture Archiving and Communication System. It provides seamless connectivity to all DICOM modalities (CR, CT, MR, US, DX) for storing, archiving, and managing medical images securely.

      What is the difference between PACS Premium and PACS Lite?

      MedDream PACS Premium is a fully certified medical device supporting unlimited web viewer connections, extensive DICOM compliance, auto-routing, and user permissions. PACS Lite uses an open-source Orthanc core, is not certified as a medical device, and is best for smaller, nondiagnostic archival needs.

      Does MedDream PACS support HL7 integration?
