Features:

• New measurement – new improved/enhanced method of measuring the Cardiac Volume.
• New functionality: Quick Save HP – added ability to quickly save Hanging Protocol according to the Viewer window view.
• New functionality: Multiframe Sync – synchronized playback and control across all Multiframe viewports; Added configurable auto-hide for the Multiframe controller.

• Improved Quadrant Zoom functionality – possibility to apply Quadrant zoom on breast images of slightly different dimensions, or when one breast image is not available; possibility to configure the same keyboard shortcut for quadrant zoom navigation and hanging protocols navigation.
• Improved Main Toolbar Menu – added the option to hide toolbar button labels.
• Improved Series Preload using Thumbnail bar – possibility to preload series on series image drag to the viewport added (configurable, disabled by default).
• Scroll Bar in studies – created possibility to hide the scroll bar in studies view. (visible by default).
• Histogram improvements: added windowing controls for both fused image layers; For PET studies, added SUV-based W/L display and adjustments.
• Mobile UI design update: Improved default drag/swipe actions; Added a Quick menu for faster navigation; Added Mobile Help button with usage illustrations; Updated Mobile thumbnail modal window (changed old series window); Added mobile PDF viewing functionality.
• Improved Settings – added the ability to configure which menu buttons to show, to pin to menu or hide it under the More button. Separate configurations for toolbar and quick menu in desktop and mobile;
• ECG functionality – improved possibility to create Secondary Capture of the ECG view; Added possibility to simple print for ECG studies view.
• Mammography functionality – the ability to create the MIP reconstructions of Tomosynthesis studies (requires additional configuration, check license for availability) was added.
• Zoom enhancements: added Fit To Image function in menu and in Hanging Protocols to automatically crop empty background for mammography images.
• Improved MIST Oblique functionality – Updated MPR generation handling with a clearer notification, when the WebGL 3D texture limit is exceeded, users are instructed to reduce data volume by adjusting the maximum-size square, shrinking its edges or option to choose instances to use for reconstruction.
• Improved MIST Oblique 3D reconstruction: Added Bounding Box cropping functionality; Added possibility to select 3D quality; Added possibility to change orientation for reconstructed 3D volume; Added possibility to configure 3D volume presets default value.
• Improved MIST Advanced PET functionality – added the option to select which fused layer is controlled by window/level.
• Improved Communication API: Added ability to create/update/delete Dental CPR curves; Possibility to open Segmentation dialog; Create empty segments list for easier user workflow; Added possibility to change the link scrolled series setting; Possibility to activate measurements tools; Possibility to set FPS value for Multiframes studies; Forwarding of shortcuts to MedDream in iFrame.
• S3 Configuration Storage – Support for storing all configuration files from the settings folder in Amazon S3.
• Multi-Region Proxy support – Extended MedDream + AWS proxy with multi-region support when communicating with AHI.
• Fixed the issue with text selection in SR reports.
• Updated dependencies and 3rd party libraries.

Known limitations:

• Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browsers have certain memory limitations: MIST Oblique functionality will fail on series where uncompressed DICOM data is larger than 2 GB; 
• Depending on how much Multiframe will be displayed at a time, it may display at a slower speed, as well as displaying FPS differently than the set speed, due to the computer’s capabilities and speed.
• MIST Oblique functionality – If the study’s underlying series are inconsistently spaced, non-parallel, or contain gaps, measurements will not be available and the user will be informed accordingly.
• MIST MPR reconstructions (Oblique, Axial, Coronal, Sagittal) are limited to 2048 slices, or fewer depending on the amount of VRAM available on the user’s PC.
• LiveShare functionality – Please note that not all Viewer functionality has been migrated to LiveShare. Users accessing content via LiveShare may not see the full view shared by the main user.
• Image viewing when HTJ2K decoding is done in the frontend does not support displaying overlays.
• AWS HealthImaging LIMITATIONS: DICOM Overlays and LiveShare features are not supported in the AWS HealthImaging integration.
• Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.

Known bugs:

• Safari and Firefox problems: preview is not working for some video studies because of these browsers’ limited video format support.
