Does MedDream support medical video files?
+ -Yes, DICOM Viewer supports medical videos from ophthalmology devices, microscopes, endoscopes, surgical video cameras, arthroscopes, echoscopes and other medical video sources. Read more about medical video viewer here.
Which medical video formats does the DICOM Viewer support?

Which types of documents are supported by the DICOM Viewer?
+ -PDF files, SR documents, any data stored or documents scanned as DICOM images are supported by the DICOM Viewer. From 8.1.0 version of MedDream DICOM Viewer non-DICOM files could be supported on request. Also, documents in non DICOM format, can be converted to DICOM by our DICOM converter.
Can I convert non-DICOM files before uploading?
+ -Yes, with our DICOM converter and sender to PACS/VNA. Also, non-DICOM files could be supported on request.
Can I anonymize patient data before uploading it?
+ -DICOM anonymization is possible by using DICOM Library or usually data is anonymized before viewing by PACS server or VNA.

Why some of the measurements are shown in pixels, but not millimeters, why is that?
+ -In some studies, there is no information about pixel representation. If equipment, which performs exams does not provide such information, measurements are displayed in pixels. DICOM Viewer’s user can use Calibration line tool, so after that measurements will be displayed in millimeters. Please refer to Calibration line tool description or read the User Manual for more details.

When the annotations are created (ex: linear measure), where are they saved?
+ -If multiple people would edit/add/remove annotations, what the user can see?
+ -Why are we looking at the magnetic resonance study as video and not as images?
+ -Most probably you should switch off cine mode. Please refer to Cine mode description or read the User Manual for more details.
We need to deliver CD/DVD to our patients with their images and reports to visualize them. How can this be done?

Can the system be tied to LDAP or some other user database in the backend?

What is the End User License Agreement (EULA) of DICOM Viewer?
+ -An End-User License Agreement (EULA) of DICOM Viewer is a legal contract entered into between a software developer (MedDream UAB) or vendor and the user of DICOM Viewer. A EULA specifies in detail the rights and restrictions which apply to the use of the DICOM Viewer. This kind of legal agreement grants a user a license to use the the DICOM Viewer and presents important terms, restrictions on use, limits on liability of the software developer to the end-user, and other useful clauses.
The user must agree to the terms of the EULA. This ensures that users are held to be in agreement with the terms of the presented EULA before they are allowed to use DICOM Viewer.
Is it possible to re-brand the DICOM Viewer and use other logotype?
+ -Re-branding for vendors and OEMs is possible with custom license. You can to customize the DICOM Viewer like white label product by changing: logotype, product name, colour scheme, contact details. Possibility to change theme default color (red) to the blue color with one click. Also, fully re-brandable white label User Manual document for OEM‘s is available.

+ -Yes, User Manual document word files are available for full modification and rebranding. MedDream logotype, name is removed from all pictures in User Manual document (except About window). Few examples of the places to pay a particular attention while rebranding the word files:
