TECHNICAL TRAINING: MedDream Scaling for High Availability

In this session, attendees will explore how to scale MedDream Viewer and Token service for high-availability deployments. The training will start with an overview of the MedDream scaling components and architecture, explaining how the different services work together to support a resilient, load-balanced environment. Participants will then learn how to configure the MedDream Viewer with Redis/Valkey, followed by configuring the MedDream Token service with Redis/Valkey, to enable shared session and state management across multiple instances. A live demonstration will showcase MedDream running in a high-availability setup together with AWS HealthImaging, highlighting real-world scaling and failover scenarios. Finally, the session will conclude with a Q&A segment where attendees can ask their specific technical questions.
