We’re excited to share an important leadership update at MedDream.

Vilma Khmaladze has joined MedDream as our new CEO. She brings strong international experience, a Lithuanian background, and deep expertise from working with large global partners and in Private Equity environments. Her leadership will drive MedDream’s continued growth and success and will further strengthen collaboration between MedDream and the synava group.
At the same time, MedDream co-founder Tomas Dumbliauskas has transitioned to the role of CTO. Tomas has been instrumental in shaping MedDream’s products from the beginning and will continue to drive the advancement of our technology and product portfolio.
Together, this leadership setup combines strong business leadership with deep technical expertise. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and collaboration remains unchanged.
