Florent Saint-ClairChief Operating Officer at Dicom Systems Florent Saint-Clair is the chief operating officer at Dicom Systems, where he spearheads business strategy, growth, and operations. He has over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT leadership. In previous roles, he served as General Manager at eMix Cloud, successfully expanding its reach to over 600 hospitals in 36 months. Florent also led the Department of Defense Healthcare unit at DR Systems and held the position of President and COO at RadVault. His expertise extends to raising private equity for tech startups and developing markets across the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Fluent in four languages, Florent holds a DECS from l’École Supérieure de Commerce in Tours, France, and has two patents granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). |
